Product Details

The properties of nickel 201 are similar to that of nickel 200. However, because the content of carbon is lower in the alloy of Nickel 201 Round Bar, it is not susceptible to embrittlement brought on by inter-granular carbon at elevated temperatures. The higher content of nickel in the alloy makes these components resistant to several chemicals including acids and alkalis, as well as to dry gases at ambient temperature. The significance of nickel in the Nickel Alloy 201 Square bar is also responsible for the material’s resistance to mineral acids. However, this is a property that is dependent on aspects such as the temperature, aeration, and concentration of the solution.
